WPTools 5 includes a powerful component to print booklets and labels. We also added a form which can be included in your application using only a few lines of code. This label printing tool even loads and saves the definition of the label format to a XML file. This form will save you a lot of time since it really contains everything the user will need.
First page of the label printing form
When the form is shown in a word processing application the first lines of the word processor TWPRichText will be loaded into the editor on the form. The user can now select the start position of the first label and the number of copies in case multiple copies of the same label are needed. If the text contains multiple pages (use Ctrl+CR to insert a page break) multiple labels will be printed.
Second page of the label printing form
On the second page the label can be defined suing a few easy to understand parameter. The current definition will be saved to a XML file and it is also possible to save named definitions.
"WPTools offers us the power and control of a word processor in the form of a regular Delphi component. ... It is clear that the author has spend a lot of time making sure the class hierachy is the best it can be both from a usability and performance perspective. ... If you need both GUI and code-level control over your documents, WPTools is the answer" - Craig Murphy in Delphi Magazine, February 2005 Page 46-51
"Just on a side note, thanks for the recent help support, its been great. My experience with your components just gets better and better and better. There just bloody awesome" - Grant Brown 2/13/06
